I like to work on canvas when I need to be traveling, but I do prefer to work on different surfaces such as wood. I enjoy working on wood because it is stronger, more durable, and you can build lots of texture. I like building my own surfaces to paint on when I can, whether I am building a frame for my wood panel, or stretching my own canvas. What I find very appealing about working on canvas is it is light, and very clean looking. For more information on each individual painting please refer to my blog.
